I like to add a big bowl of fruit to serve with the granola & coconut yogurt. My kids also like to use the fruit to top the French toast. I typically make a bowl with cut up papaya, mango, raspberries, black berries, blueberries and banana. I like to sprinkle the fruit with a little cinnamon and shredded coconut. Brands I like for coconut yogurt include CocoYo, Forager and Coconut Culture.
