With Mother’s Day fast approaching, I wanted to give you some of my favorite gift-giving ideas that any mom would love. For all the moms out there reading this post that haven’t made their Mother’s Day wish list yet peek at some of my favorites. There are some great ideas here!
First on my list is this H blanket. I love a good dupe and this one does not disappoint; it is made of cashmere and looks exactly like the real deal Hermes Blanket. The only difference is that this one costs less than $60 and the real one will set you back over $1,600. I don’t know about you, but with 4 kids and 3 dogs, a $1,600 throw blanket is not a good investment in this dog hair covered house. I’m telling you; no one will notice a difference. This blanket is super soft and cozy and very chic and stylish without the big price tag! They have been out of stock for a while but are back in stock for now! Get one before they sell out. You won’t be disappointed!
I love backgammon; it’s fun to play with your kids or friends and has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. I used to play with my three sisters all the time and I still love it. This luxury acrylic backgammon set in dark blue and white is the exact one that I have; it looks super cute on the shelf of my side table in my living room. If you are going to buy a backgammon set for mom, make sure it is chic like this one from Aurosi, Each set features matching dice, checkers, and black leather dice cups.
I am manifesting a Cartier bracelet; but until the day comes that I have one on my wrist, this MF Cuff bracelet by Miranda Fyre is a nice alternative for $104. This bracelet is a classic, versatile and chic everyday bracelet that will go with everything mom would wear. It has an assortment of mini-CZ stones for a dose of understated glamour. I like how the cuff comes in different sizes; I have a small wrist and I can’t usually wear a cuff bracelet because most don’t fit me right. This bracelet comes in XS (5.5 “) to XL (9”); a rarity that I appreciate. The cuff is 18K gold-plated with a 7mm band width and stacks nicely with other bracelets. This is a good one that any mom would love that won’t break your budget either.
If your mom likes tea, this Tea Collection from Sakara Life is the bomb. I love this brand and the fact that their teas are designed to support your body throughout the day. These coasters and matching LV tray from Nocreations Club are hand-made to order and so chic and fun. I have them in pink; but I am hoping my kids are reading this blog so that they know I want the black and white as well. Both the coasters and the tray are hand-crafted and made from high-quality acrylic. The tray is a perfect catch-all for keys, wallets and everything in-between and comes in several different sizes. Trust me.. your mom will love either or both LV patterned pieces. I love mine!
The Dyson Flat Iron is a bit of a splurge but one that is well worth the price tag. I have some seriously big hair and this flat iron is the only one that effectively straightens my hair without overheating to get the job done. The Dyson is different from other straighteners in that they designed the plates to flex and are made of manganese copper alloy. The flex in the plate, combined with the material allows you to style with less heat and less damage to your hair. It is very effective and worth the splurge!
I don’t typically wear much makeup, but I don’t leave the house without applying Eborian CC cream. This is some little magic in a tube let me tell you!
