Tamari-Roasted Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups raw almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. tamari or gluten free soy sauce

Instructions

Toast the almonds in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until slightly browned.

Mix in the tamari or gluten free soy sauce and then return to the oven and roast for another 5 minutes or so.

I like to chop these up and use in salads, stir fry or the tofu scramble.
